Raúl Monsalve, Venezuelan bassist and composer, draws on his Afro-Venezuelan roots to create a free and committed style of music. With his group Los Forajidos, he fuses traditional rhythms, spiritual jazz, psychedelic funk and Afrobeat.
With his latest project, SOL, he celebrates the heritage of cultural struggles through renewal, resilience and freedom. On stage, this energy takes shape in vibrant performances, where traditional percussion and electric instruments meet.

PARC COUTTET
The concerts in the Parc Couttet are FREE.
Parc Couttet is the central point of the festival. It hosts the large covered stage from Wednesday 23 to Saturday 26 July for concerts at 6pm and 8pm. In this leafy setting in the heart of Chamonix, next to the Maison des Artistes, you can also enjoy the Cosmojazz village with its bars, food stalls and festival souvenir shop.
In case of bad weather:
Concerts will be held at the same place.
