After months of preparation, the CosmoJazz Festival is back! For this first day, we head up to the mountains for an exceptional concert facing Mont-Blanc, before returning to the valley to keep the evening going with two unique events.

FLOATING
To open this new edition, the CosmoJazz Festival welcomes "Floating", a creation bringing together some of the leading figures in contemporary jazz. Led by saxophonist Émile Parisien, the quartet weaves music that is free, luminous and deeply inspired. A suspended concert, carried by improvisation and emotion, in one of the most beautiful panoramas in the Chamonix valley.

To continue this first day, head to RockyPop in Les Houches. UBAQ offers a world where groove, jazz, pop and improvisation meet in a warm, relaxed atmosphere. The perfect rendezvous to keep the CosmoJazz spirit going into the evening.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
- ALL CONCERTS ARE FREE
- To reach the high-altitude venues, we strongly recommend using the lifts, for which there is an admission charge.
- Remember to book your cable car journey in advance and make sure you have suitable footwear, a water bottle and sun protection.
- In the event of bad weather, the high-altitude concerts may be rescheduled. Information will be posted the evening before or on the morning of the event on the festival website and social media.
